Grilled red peppers with cream - Mancarica de ardei copti















How to make :
2 chopped onions,8 grilled, peeled,sliced red peppers,150-200 ml cream,50 ml tomatoes juice,salt,pepper,3 tbs olive oil.
Fry the onion,add 50 ml water,then add red peppers and cook for 8-10 mins.Add the tomatoes juice,salt,pepper and cream and cook for further 15 mins.
Can be served hot or cold.
