Puff pastry nests with berry & cream - Cosulete foietaj cu frisca si fructe de padure - Millefoglie con frutti di bosco e panna montata













How to make:
Ingredients: 375 gr puff pastry,200 ml double cream, 2 tbs strawberry jam, 3 tbs blackcurrant jam .
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Cut the puff pastry like shows in photos and use a fork to punch the middle of the nests. Bake for 12 - 15 mins or until golden brown.
For filling beat the cream and mix it with jams,then fill each nest of puff pastry.Allow to cool in fridge for 30 mins before serving.
